"Meeting Dr. Haenel for the first time was a pleasure. She was very thorough in interpreting my lab reports. You could tell by our conversation she had read up on my medical history. She didn't rush the visit like she had 15 minutes to get to the next patient. She took ample time with me which probably was 45 minutes or more to fully explain and answer my questions. She had eye contact and wasn't typing into a computer as she went over results. Dr. Haenel's personality on first meeting is one of a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate doctor. Glad to have her on my team of specialists!"
