Biography
Dr. Braunstein earned his medical from New York University School of Medicine and his PhD simultaneously at New York University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
He was also Director of the Diabetes Program at the University of Pennsylvania for many years.
Dr. Braunstein was in the NIH Medical Scientist Training Program and the American Diabetes Association Speakers Program. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
