At Wilmington Health our mission is to continually improve the quality of medical care and services to you, our most important patient. Because you are important to us and we want to know what you think, we created our Patient Advisory Council. This group of about 15 patients meets quarterly for a one-hour discussion with our Medical Director and members of our Management Team. This is your chance to express any concerns, ask questions or make suggestions regarding our service and facilities. The Patient Advisory Council has been very successful. It has been instumental in the development of the patient satisfaction questionnaire, many of our facility improvements and even implementation of our financial policy.
